Generally, the long rains occur from April to June, while shorter rains can be expected between October and December. During these periods, it rarely rains all day; instead, brief, intense showers are typically followed by sunny weather.
In the Lake Victoria basin, expect higher humidity and frequent showers throughout the year due to significant water evaporation of up to 75-80%. Conversely, humidity is much lower in the rest of the country. The dry season spans from June to October and from December to March.

What to Pack for Uganda Tours
