Start your safari adventure at Wilson Airport in Nairobi, where you’ll board a schedule flight to Samburu, a semi-arid area located in a secluded frontier district. The rivers in this region, nourished by the melting waters of Mount Kenya, sustain an unexpected variety of wildlife. Samburu is particularly renowned for its elephant population and the endangered Grevy’s zebra.

Over the course of 3-nights, immerse yourself in the local wildlife through game drives, join the Samburu warrior guides on a walking safari – an unforgettable experience!

Accommodations will be at a luxurious Sarara Camp in Namunyak Conservancy. Sarara is a luxurious, romantic tented camp set on the edge of the magnificent Samburu wilderness. Each intimate tent is positioned to maximise the stunning views of the Mathews Range and the waterhole that attracts a good variety of game throughout the day.

Embark on the next leg of your adventure with a flight to a remote airstrip in the Masai Mara, where you’ll spend 3-night at Elewana Sand River Camp.

Sand River Masai Mara is an ideal destination, at any time of the year, for those wishing to enjoy exceptional game-viewing. The National Reserve is best known for its large concentrations of big cats, such as leopard, cheetah and, of course, lion. Even the dramatic arrival of the Annual Migration merely adds to an already abundant resident wildlife that awaits discovery.

Alternatively, you might consider an optional hot air balloon safari at dawn, offering breathtaking views of the park and the sunrise from an altitude of 1,000 feet, followed by a descent to savor a champagne breakfast on the savannah.

After your breakfast, you can unwind at the lodge until lunchtime, after which you can either embark on a game drive or take a picnic lunch for a full day of exploration in search of the Wildebeest Migration and the Big Five.

Today, you’ll embark on the appropriate flight to Ol Donyo Lodge. Upon your arrival at the airstrip, a vehicle will transfer you to the lodge, which is approximately a 30-minute journey, providing an opportunity for wildlife observation along the way. Ol Donyo Lodge will serve as your residence for the next two nights.

Tucked away in the cool shadow of the Chyulu Hills neighbouring Amboseli is one of Kenya’s most prized safari destinations. Ol Donyo Lodge offers an exclusive safari experience with breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, luxurious suites featuring private plunge pools and rooftop star beds, and a design that blends Maasai culture with contemporary architecture.

During your stay you’ll have the chance to participate in early morning, late afternoon, and nighttime game drives, as well as guided bushwalks, outdoor dining experiences in the bush, mountain biking, and wildlife tracking.
