8 Days Luxury Masai Mara & Loisaba Conservancy

The group arrives at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), where you’ll be greeted by your driver from African Diurnal Safaris. He will be holding a sign displaying your name as he awaits your arrival.

You’ll then be transfered to your hotel in Nairobi, allowing you to relax after your journey and experience the warmth of African hospitality.

Following a restful night, you’ll be prepared to embark on your 8-day Masai Mara and Losaiba Conservancy starting the next day!

Transfer to Wilson Airport and embark on a light aircraft journey into the heart of the African wilderness, arriving at Loisaba Tented Camp. Nestled within a private conservancy, this opulent camp offers breathtaking views of Mount Kenya on clear days and is entirely enclosed for the safety of both guests and the resident antelope, allowing for free movement.

The tented accommodations are positioned along the escarpment’s edge, providing magnificent vistas and featuring elegant en-suite bathrooms and private verandas. The restaurant and bar are designed with open fronts that lead to a spacious deck area, promoting outdoor dining experiences, while the outdoor pool, surrounded by walls for privacy, serves as an ideal retreat to refresh during the warm afternoons.

During the three days, participants will have the opportunity to spend a full day at their leisure, engaging in various activities offered by the camp. Your knowledgeable guide will be pleased to organize game drives, walking excursions, horseback riding, or mountain biking. Alternatively, you may visit the anti-poaching unit to gain insights into their operations and meet the trained sniffer dogs.

After an extraordinary night of opulent ‘camping’ beneath the stars, you depart from Loisaba this morning and take a flight northward to the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve.

Upon your arrival, a driver will greet you at the airstrip and escort you to Elephant Pepper Camp, where you may encounter wildlife along the way. This authentic tented camp features just eight luxurious accommodations, thoughtfully spaced for privacy, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms and classic campaign-style furnishings.

Furthermore, in the evenings, guests gather around the campfire after exhilarating game drives, enjoying northern Italian cuisine complemented by freshly baked goods and delightful salads, all contributing to a sense of rustic luxury.

Days are filled with guided game drives in a 4WD, bush walks, and hearty bush breakfasts following morning activities. Additionally, you have the opportunity to visit local Maasai families to gain insight into their daily lives.

As the day concludes, it is customary to enjoy a sundowner while watching the sky transform into shades of red before nightfall, after which you return to camp for another evening spent by the campfire.

Following a concluding early morning game drive, you’ll be taken to the airstrip for your schedule flight to Nairobi Wilson Airport.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and transfered to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your ownward travels.
