Ol Pejeta Bush Camp is a relaxed, eco-friendly safari tent camp in central Kenya. It is nestled on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River. Kenya’s Laikipia region is within the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. There are magnificent views of Mount Kenya. Moreover, the wildlife is never far from camp thanks to a popular salt lick on the opposite bank of the river. In addition to offering a classic Big 5 safari, Ol Pejeta private conservancy is home to the last two remaining northern white rhinos in the world. It also hosts about 40 rescued chimpanzees. Warm and knowledgeable guides will introduce you to the diverse habitats of the Aberdares foothills. They offer the opportunity to experience the camp’s profound conservation ethos and pioneering projects.
Ol Pejeta Bush Camp has six traditional safari tents, all fully furnished and fitted with solar lighting. En suite bathrooms have hot-water bucket showers and flushing toilets. Each tent has a double bed or twins, and a private veranda with comfortable seating and views of the plains. A family tent has all the features of the safari tents but can accommodate up to four people.
