Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater Safari

Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our safari guide will greet you in line with your flight‘s arrival time. From the airport, you’ll take a scenic one-hour drive to Arusha town.

Once you arrive at Moivaro Lodge, you can relax and prepare for the exciting safari journey that begins the following day.

Today, you’ll be picked up from your hotel in Arusha to begin an exciting journey to Serengeti National Park, passing through the iconic Ngorongoro Crater along the way.

Ngorongoro is renowned as one of Tanzania’s most exceptional Conservation Areas, known for its impressive concentration of wildlife within a relatively small area. During your visit, you may encounter a rich variety of animals, including buffalo, elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, hippopotamuses, and an array of feline species like caracals and servals. In addition, with a bit of luck, you might even spot a rhinoceros, a critically endangered species.

Around lunchtime, you’ll arrive at a designated picnic spot where lunchboxes will be provided. Furthermore, after enjoying your meal, the safari will continue, concluding with a transfer to your lodge in Serengeti National Park later in the day.

During the second and third days, you’ll embark on both morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park.

Following your breakfast, your safari adventure will lead you through the central, eastern, and southern areas of the park. Known for their expansive savannahs. Additionally, these regions offer breathtaking open views and are prime spots for witnessing cheetahs in pursuit of antelopes.

In the evening, you’ll head back to your camp to relax and savor a delightful dinner.

You’ll arrive in Arusha town by early evening, where you have the option to settle into your pre-booked accommodation or proceed to Kilimanjaro International Airport for the next leg of your journey.
