Ndutu Luxury Migration Safari (Dec – Mar)

As you walk out of Kilimanjaro International Airport,  you’ll be welcomed with our safari guide who will transfer you by car to Elewana Arusha Coffee Lodge.  Nestled between the lofty peaks of Mt. Meru and Kilimanjaro, this charming town is known as the safari capital of Tanzania.

If you love coffee, or simply beautiful open spaces go on an informative Coffee Tour exploring the history of the bean and the process of nurturing, harvesting, drying and roasting a variety of different blends. For coffee connoisseurs, this is a wonderful experience.

Your safari begins at 7 AM with a hotel pickup, transfer to Arusha Airport to board a light aircraft bound for the Ndutu region.

Upon arrival, our safari guide will welcome you and arrange your transfer to your reserved accommodation for check-in. After settling in, you’ll savor a hot lunch before heading out on a late afternoon game drive, which will last until evening.  Enjoy the luxury of your own safari jeep and take the liberty to stop and watch the animals as long as you like!

Later, you’ll return to the camp for a well deserved dinner and spend the night.

Experience 2-days of morning and afternoon game viewing in the stunning wildlife haven of Ndutu. This region is an integral part of the magnificent Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Wake up to the serene beauty of Lake Ndutu as the early morning mist gently lifts. After a satisfying breakfast, embark on a thrilling adventure into the Ndutu Area with packed lunches for a full day or half day of immersive game drives.

Led by your experienced safari guide, you’ll discover prime wildlife viewing spots, enjoying lunch in a pristine location amidst nature’s splendor. Continue your exploration throughout the day, taking in the sights and sounds of the Ndutu plains.

As the afternoon unfolds, return to camp for a delicious dinner and a well-deserved overnight rest.

Optional extra: For an extra special experience, consider the optional Balloon Safari (Cost US$ 599 Per Person), available from 5:30 am to 9:30 am. Embark on a breathtaking one-hour balloon flight at dawn over the Ndutu Plains, followed by a bush breakfast. Afterward, continue your adventure with game drives.

Today, you’ll set off for the activities of the day. Start with a visit at the Maasai Village for cultural interaction. Later continue to Olduvai Gorge Museum along the way, at the gorge, you’ll have the opportunity to explore significant findings related to some of the earliest human and animal remains discovered in the region, which contribute to our understanding of human evolution.

Following this, you’ll proceed to your lodge situated on the crater’s rim, where you can enjoy lunch and spend the remainder of the day at your leisure.

The following day will be dedicated to a full day game drive into the Ngorongoro Crater floor, seach of the other member of the big five, including the black and White Rhinoceros.

The last day! Depending on your flight time, you’ll be transfered to Arusha town with some stops on your way for some surveniar shopping. Later you’ll be transfered straight to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your flight home.
